Koto and Sumida are +¥2,000. Other Tokyo wards are +¥3,000 inside Route 7 or +¥5,000 outside, with enquiries requested by 21:00. Haneda hotel area is +¥5,000. Maihama is +¥8,000. Makuhari and Yokohama are +¥10,000.
